Adoption of a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners, acting as the ex officio Board of the Arapaheo County Water and Wastewater Public Improvement District, authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Easement Agreement and Deed among the District, Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority and Cottonwood Water and Sanitation District to ACWWA for the construction of an off-site sanitary sewer line to the Joint Water Purification Plant to benefit the Trails Edge Subdivision, pursuant to the terms contained therein

Adoption of a resolution to waive the requirements as set forth in the Arapahoe County Purchasing Policies concerning the Select Source agreement with Veritiv Corporation to provide paper and pressroom supplies for the period January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019, with an open purchase order of $90,000 annually, and to authorize the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners to sign any necessary contract documents, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney’s Office
