Study Sessions (except for Executive Sessions) are open to the public and items for discussion are included on this agenda. Agendas (except for Executive Sessions agendas) are available through the Commissioners’ Office or through the County’s web site at www.arapahoegov.com. Please note that the Board may discuss any topic relevant to County business, whether or not the topic has been specifically noticed on this agenda. In particular, the Board typically schedules time each Monday under “Committee Updates” to discuss a wide range of topics. Supervision of Community Service for the 18th JD-Elbert County & District Courts
Discussion of a request from Judicial Services for an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arapahoe County and the 18th Judicial District, allowing the Alternative Services/Useful Public Service (AS/UPS) Program to provide case management to offenders ordered by the Elbert County District and County courts to perform community service, provided that they pay the required fee, and request that a portion of the fees collected be appropriated to the Pretrial Navigator Program to assist in paying for treatment and support services for clients

Discussion of a request from the applicant, Jose Rosales, proposing to hold (4) Rodeo events in the 2017 calendar year with the first event requested is for April 29, 2017 and tentative event dates for June, July, and September, with proposed hours of operation from 10:00am to 8:00pm, anticipated attendance is 300 people per event, liquor and food vendor sales, and live music throughout the day
