Adoption of a resolution approving a revision to the Arapahoe County Purchasing Policy #4.1 and revisions to the Purchasing Policy Process to incorporate proposed improvements to the waiver requirements by removing the requirement for a waiver that was approved at drop-in to then go to formal approval on consent agenda and to allow for the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) authorization to sign a contract for an Elected Official to also include subsequent extensions and amendments, subject to the requirements of the Purchasing Policies
