Pat Noonan is serving her first term as Commissioner representing District 4 and is serving as Chair Pro Tem for 2010. She
was sworn in January 2007 and her term will expire January 2011. As Commissioner, Pat oversees the Finance, Facilities and
Fleet Management, County Attorney, Special Assistant to the BOCC, Communication Services and BOCC Administration departments. Pat
represents Arapahoe County on a variety of boards and committees including: Colorado Counties Inc., National Association of
Counties, Health and Steering Committee and the Denver Regional Council of Governments.
Pat has had five years as a Congressional employee in Washington, D.C., five years administrative support in the private sector,
five years in television production and programming and five years of administrative leadership in the non-profit sector.
Her goal for the county is to increase communication between the county government and the residents of Arapahoe County.
