In order to be in compliance with the Real ID Act, beginning Monday, April 4, 2011 all new and existing renewal or replacements
(Drivers License, Drivers Permits or ID cards) are required by Public law #109-13, 119 CRS 302, to show proof of their residential
address (not mailing address) by providing one of the following documents:
- Utility bill
- Credit card statement
- Pay stub or earning statement
- Rent receipt
- Phone bill
- Transcript or report card from an accredited school
- Bank statement
- Mortgage document
- Tax document
- Homeowners/renter's insurance policy
- Vehicle registration
