Senior Transportation
Arapahoe County and First Transit have teamed up to provide First Ride senior transportation services. The program, previously
managed by Seniors Resource Center, Inc., helps seniors in Arapahoe County continue to live independently in the community
through transportation to medical/dental appointments, senior dining centers, grocery shopping and food banks.
The new contractor will provide Arapahoe County seniors designated transportation in small, wheelchair-accessible buses. All
buses are visually identifiable with the logo First Ride making it easier for seniors to recognize that their vehicle has
arrived.
