The Housing and Community Development Services division aims to improve the quality of life for all those living and working
in the County, through the provision of affordable housing, employment opportunities, improved public facilities, and recreational
and educational opportunities to the County’s low to moderate income and special needs populations.
HCDS provides more than $4 million in local services every year, conducts ongoing studies and analyzes community needs for
the future, and oversees the following programs:
