NEW: Fair Housing Survey for Real Estate, Lending and Housing Professionals
The Housing and Community Development Services Division administers grants and programs that support affordable housing and
improved public facilities and public services for the County’s low to moderate-income and special needs populations. The
Division also conducts ongoing studies on housing and public services and analyzes community needs for the future.
Our Services
- Community Development Block Grants: Administer federal grant funds to local government and non-profit agencies for projects that promote the health, safety and
self sufficiency of low to moderate-income persons and neighborhoods.
- Fair Housing: Actively work towards addressing impediments to fair housing choice
- Home Investment Partnership Funds: Administer federal grant funds to local government and non-profit agencies for projects that provide affordable housing in
the County.
- Private Activity Bonds: Administer federal bonds to community organizations to finance the development of affordable housing or economic development
activities within the County.
