Citizen Advisory Board or Committee
As a resident, you can help shape your community by serving on one of the County’s Citizen Advisory Boards or Committees.
Get involved in the decision-making process and help make Arapahoe County a great place to live, work and play. The County,
in turn, will benefit from your experience and expertise.
Citizens are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Most appointments or re-appointments take place in February each
year. Openings that occur mid-year are filled at that time. Mid-year vacancies are handled as they occur.

Qualifications:
- Complete an application form
- Resident or owner businessowner of real property in Arapahoe County
- Additional requirements vary by board or committee
