4-H Youth Program Volunteer: Adult volunteers play an important role in the 4-H program by helping youth, ages 5 to 18, succeed and learn important life A 4-H volunteer can get involved year-round as a club or project leader, commit just a few days each year to plan and coordinate 4-H events, work as a contest judge or superintendent, assist with fundraisers, or help with 4-H activities at the Arapahoe County Fair. Learn more...

Adoption Support Group Assistant: Adult volunteers are needed to help supervise and lead activities for adopted youth, ages 6 months through 18 years while their parents attend an adoption support group. The group meets Wednesday evenings for 16 weeks, up to 3 times per year. Learn more...

Adult Mentor: Adult mentors make a positive difference in the live of a young person. Mentors will build a positive connection with a youth involved in the child welfare system who may be a victim of abuse or neglect, or may have struggled with delinquency, substance abuse, mental health issues or gang involvement. Learn more...

Certified Respite Provider for Foster Children: Respite providers offer short-term, temporary care for foster children in the child welfare system when the full-time foster family needs some time away, or when a new foster arrangement is being made. Respite care is not full-time foster care, but involves caring for one or more foster child in your own home for six hours or more, including overnight stays. Learn more...

Kidz Night Out Volunteer: Adult volunteers are needed to help supervise and lead activities for youth, ages 6 months through 18 years during Kidz Night Out. This is a monthly evening of free supervision, food and fun for youth who are involved in the child welfare system on one night each month, while their foster, adoptive, kinship or biological families enjoy a night off. Learn more...
