There are three separate products (medical plans) that employees may choose between.The first product is the Kaiser Deductible HMO Plan.The second product is their Traditional HMO.The third product is their Triple Option Plan that encompasses three-plans-in-one. It gives you full access to the HMO as well as access to the PHCS Preferred Provider Network and any licensed provider out-of-network. Waiver Employees that have other group medical coverage may waive coverage. Full-time employees will receive $80.00 a month in taxable income; part-time employees will receive $40.00 a month in taxable income.
