Under the Arapahoe County Flexible Plan, the monthly premium costs for participation in the medical, dental and vision plans
are deducted from employee's paychecks on a pre-tax basis.The plan also includes an optional Flexible Spending Account program
which allows dependent care and medical expenses to be reimbursed on a pre-tax basis.
