Vacation

Full-time employees with less than five years of service earn eight hours per pay period (12 days per year). An increase in vacation hours occurs when an employee reaches five years of service, 10 years of service and 15 years of service. Part-time employees earn vacation each pay period based on the number of paid hours worked.
