Eric Born May 1997                          Kaila Born July 1996

Video

Kaila and Eric are a great sister and brother pair who are attached with one another and want a family who can keep them together.

Kaila is a very sweet and affectionate girl. She is outgoing and has a good sense of humor.Kaila has developmental disabilities andcurrentlyfunctions at the preschool level. She needs assistance with self-care.  She receives special education services, including speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. She also has medical needs. Kaila is generally good-natured and curious.  She needs a family who will commit to her throughout her life and be very involved in her treatment.

Eric is an endearing boy who knows what he wants. He likes to help out and do nice things for people. He can do well in school, but he benefits from special education services to keep him on track. Eric enjoys being active and playing sports or riding his bike or scooter. He also likes to draw and loves spending time with animals. He can be very protective of his sister, Kaila.

These children need a nurturing, structured adoptive family who can help them deal with their many losses.  Both children participate in therapy, which will need to continue. It is important for these two children to maintain an ongoing relationship with their other siblings who do not live with them.  These children are legally freed for adoption.
