Stephen is a fun teen who is athletic and a good team player.  He enjoys playing basketball, baseball, soccer, swimming and participating in 4H.  He loves animals and being a helper to others.  Stephen benefits from an Individualized Education Plan in school and needs a structured, contained classroom.  He has significant delays and is behind in school but working hard to make progress. 

Stephen likes to help with chores at home and is especially fond of cooking and yard work.  He also likes playing with toy cars and video games.  He enjoys movies.  Stephen has a great sense of humor and thrives on one on one attention.  He forms good relationships and people generally like him.  Stephen does have challenging behaviors and needs to be closely supervised with other children.  He participates in therapeutic services, which will need to continue.  Stephen needs a family who can provide him with structure, a lot of attention, and unconditional love.  Stephen has a strong desire to be a part of a family.  He is legally free for adoption.
