
Procedure for Filing a Complaint with the Child Support Enforcement Division
Positive customer service is our priority and that includes promptly and thoroughly addressing a complaint.
Please follow the steps below to file a complaint involving the Arapahoe County Department of Human Services Child Support Enforcement Division.
Please Note: These steps must be followed in order to ensure that any concerns are addressed appropriately and with all necessary information.
If the steps are not followed in order, we will need to direct you back to the appropriate level for resolution.
- Contact the specialist assigned to your case to discuss your concerns and seek resolution. To reach your specialist, please
call 303-752-8900.
- If you feel as though your concerns were not resolved by your specialist, please contact your specialist’s supervisor.
- If you feel that your concerns were not resolved by the supervisor, please provide a written statement addressing your concern
to the Child Support Enforcement Division Manager. The Division Manager will send you a written response addressing your concerns
within 5 business days of receiving your statement.
- If you feel that your concerns were not resolved by the Division Manager, please provide a written statement to the Human
Services Department Director. The Director will review your concerns, follow up with the Child Support Enforcement Division
Manager to gather all related information and then send you a written response to address your concerns.
