If you already have a child support court order, each month the obligor (non-custodial parent) will receive a child support
payment statement from the Family Support Registry. If there is an interruption in payments received by the custodial parent,
the Child Support Enforcement Division can use a variety of options (known as enforcement remedies) to encourage child support
orders are paid. Obligors are notified before the remedy occurs. View a full list of the various enforcement remedies.
Complete an application form to request assistance with enforcing a child or medical support order.
The Child Support Enforcement Division will review the application and both parents' information within 20 days of receiving
your application and $20 fee, if applicable. You will receive notice in the mail when your case is initiated. Your case will
then be referred to the appropriate Arapahoe County Case Specialist, who will determine the next best action.
