Every holiday season, the Arapahoe County Department of Human Services coordinates the Adopt a Family holiday gift-giving program, which invites community members to help make the holidays special for Arapahoe County individuals or families in-need. In 2009, donators generously gave gifts to more than 200 families who otherwise would have gone without. The program will kick off again in November 2010.
