Where can I get a copy of the Arapahoe County Public Trustee Weekly Recap List?
Lists are available on line. The Arapahoe Public Trustee Office does not charge for online lists. To obtain the lists go
to Foreclosure Property Search and then to reports.
The reports available are:

- Pre-Sale List
- Notices of Election and Demand filed
- Final Sale Continuance List
- Post-Sale List

If you prefer a paper copy, the list is available in our office for a fee of $.25 per page.
Pre-sale lists are available on Mondays at 3:00 p.m.
Post-sale lists are available on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m.
Where can I view foreclosure information online?
Foreclosure information can be viewed using the Foreclosure Property Search application.
