As of August 31, 2012, Arapahoe County has revised its Land Development Code and Building Code to reflect the new Rural Engineering
Standards. These Standards are established to reflect the best judgment as to design criteria for particular rural residential
conditions. These Standards apply to new residential buildings, new portions of building used or intended to be used for
human habitation, and/or new residential developments. It is not the intent for these Standards to be retroactive.
