Inmates working in the program develop job skills, a feeling of self worth and learn how to work as a team. The goal is to
return inmates back to society as productive citizens and employees. In fact, many graduates from our program have been hired
by companies participating in ASTEP. Some inmates receive certification and training on our forklift, which helps them to
secure employment once released.
