Applicant Instructions

Report to the Patrick J. Sullivan Detention Facility, 7375 South Potomac Street, on the date and time ordered by the court and specified on your court paperwork. 

Work Release/Home Detention will spend 1 to 4 nights in the detention facility and MOP applicants will spend approximately 2 weeks while applications are being processed and reviewed. If the court recommended Home Detention you may be placed on Work Release first to evaluate if you are suitable for the program.

If you are accepted onto the Work Release, Home Detention, or Multiple Offender Program you will attend a video and verbal orientation.   You will be allowed to place a direct call to your spouse, a family member, or a friend and your employer.  You will be released on a 4-hour furlough to retrieve your personal belongings.
