The Human Resource Section manages the functions of recruitment and selection for hire, transfers, and promotion for all personnel,
sworn (commissioned) and non-sworn (civilian). In addition, the Human Resources Section provides guidance on personnel issues
to the Command Staff, managers, and supervisors, as well as provides guidance to employees on career development, benefits,
