County Assessor Corbin Sakdol

About Corbin Sakdol and the Assessor's Office
Arapahoe County Assessor Corbin Sakdol is serving his third term as Assessor. He was first elected in 2007 and again in 2011 and for his final term in 2014. Corbin has worked for the Assessor's Office since 1990 and is a licensed Certified General Appraiser. Corbin was a licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 20 years and has a degree in Architectural Technology.

As Assessor, Corbin oversees the office that discovers, lists, classifies and values all real and personal property in Arapahoe County. The Assessor's Office also is responsible for maintaining public records, including ownership and parcel maps.

Each year Colorado Counties are required to submit to the Division of Property Taxation, the Property Tax Administrator, the State Board of Equalization and the County Board of Equalization (the Board of County Commissioners) an Abstract of Assessment.
